By purchasing a ticket and joining us at any of our events, you agree to these fun and friendly Terms and Conditions. Remember, we want everyone to have a great time, so let's keep it awesome together!

Ticket Purchase

• Get your tickets through our official website or authorized vendors only.

• Tickets are your personal golden pass and can’t be transferred.

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

• Lost tickets will not be replaced, so keep them safe.

• Don't forget to bring a valid ID that matches the name on your ticket for a smooth entry.

Age Restrictions

• This event is 21+. Valid ID is required for age verification.

• Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, passport, or state-issued ID.

Code of Conduct

• Respect everyone at the venue, including our amazing staff and fellow party-goers.

• Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behavior.

• Violating the code of conduct may result in ejection from the event without a refund.

• Stay safe and steer clear of any illegal activities.

Safety and Security

• Our friendly security team may check you and your belongings to ensure everyone's safety.

• Leave prohibited items like weapons and illegal substances at home. Other prohibited items include outside food and drink, and large bags.

• Bag checks and pat-downs may be part of the entry process.

Photography and Videography

• Smile! By attending, you agree to be photographed and filmed. We might use these for our event promotions.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let our staff know upon arrival.

• Feel free to snap pics and videos, but make sure you’re not blocking others from having a good time.

Liability

• We're not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to your belongings. Party responsibly!

• We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or acts of God, that may affect the event.

Modifications and Cancellations

• We reserve the right to tweak the event schedule, lineup, or venue if needed.

• If the event is canceled, we'll immediately let you know and process a 100% refund.
